Richy hails from Glasgow and is a specialist in event and project management. He is the founder of Scottish Alternative Music Awards (SAMA), and also the co-founder of Pitch Scotland. Graduating with a masters degree in music entrepreneurship and over 15 years music industry experience Richy has worked as a freelancer across Roadrunner Records, Red Bull, BBC Scotland, and PRS Foundation. Richy prides himself on event management, project management, partnerships, international export and helping empower and platform the next generation of artists.

Mobolaji Agoro

Festival Booker at Pitch Scotland

Mobo is an artist manager who likes to explore the intersection of music and culture.

He enjoys building and coaching teams around creatives allowing them to execute their vision.

Having a roster of 4 acts, he’s been doing the groundwork developing their identity & sound and releasing records.

The premise is simple, plant seeds by investing in people and pull our resources together in order to curate interdisciplinary change for todays & future Artist and Creatives.

Karin Bezchlebová

Meet Karin, a dynamic force in Glasgow's music scene
As an A&R, project assistant, and DJ, she's been driving positive change within the industry. Her passion for artist development and inclusivity for women in the music industry led her to found the "You Wanna DJ Too" workshop she launched in 2024.  She is also a resident DJ for Bemz and works as a freelancer across other projects such as UP2STNDRD.

Lok is a multidisciplinary creative who has a passion for making positive changes in the world.

She enjoys sharing life experiences through video, music, and podcast.

She seems to always have projects going on and keeps herself busy as a lifelong learner.

Ultimately, she would love to start a social enterprise which helps thriving the creative industry.
