Join The Team: Production Manager

PITCH Scotland is recruiting a freelance Production Manager to join the team ahead of our 2026 festival in Glasgow.

Taking place from 2 to 4 September, PITCH Scotland brings together artists, music industry professionals, creatives and international delegates for three days of showcases, discussions, networking and cultural exchange across Glasgow's East End.

We're looking for an experienced, organised and proactive individual to help oversee the operational planning and delivery of the festival, working closely with the Festival Director and wider team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK's leading events dedicated to hip hop, while gaining valuable experience working across multiple venues, artists, delegates and international partners.

Role: Production Manager (Freelance Contract)
Fee: £3,000 (Approx. 20 freelance days)
Location: Hybrid / Glasgow City & South
Festival Dates: 2 to 4 September 2026
