Kingsley Swim (The Framework)

Kingsley Swim (she/her) is a fearless community organizer, avid game show enthusiast, and innovative arts professional. Through her brand, The Framework, she strategizes around the redistribution of resources to empower creatives. One example is WARP - a mentorship program she co-founded with friends in her hometown of Ottawa. WARP is administering over $60,000 in event production honorariums while supporting mentees in project planning, with an educational focus on fair artist compensation, accessibility justice, and harm reduction.

In partnership with Good Night Out Vancouver, Kingsley recently launched Baseline - a research initiative evaluating current sexual violence prevention strategies in rural Canada and exploring how they can be integrated into broader safety efforts within the music industry. She is also the newest member of ArtHaus in Toronto, where she contributes to the evolution of their non-profit music programming.

In early 2025, Women in Music Canada honoured Kingsley as a Rising Leader in recognition of her contributions and growing impact in the arts. To date, she has secured seven figures in funding to support artist-led initiatives.
