With a background as a songwriter & producer, Stuart has worked for both major and independent record labels, an independent publisher and in artist management prior to PRS for Music.

Stuart’s role as Senior Relationship Manager at PRS oversees the relationship and royalty distribution assurance for many of the most successful Scottish and Irish songwriters and composers of the modern era. He is also responsible for curating wider industry partnerships and career development opportunities for

emerging music creators. Stuart is also a member of the Scottish Government Cross Party Music Group who advise on issues relating to copyright and the wider music industry in Scotland.
