Mahaut Dufour (Loom Music | Artistic Palace)

Mahaut Dufour Lamanthe began her career in the music industry in 2016, driven by a desire to work closely with artists and support their creative journeys. She soon founded Loom, a management company representing talents such as Sika Deva, BlackDoe, Tices, and Wamen. Passionate about ambitious and multidisciplinary projects, she quickly developed strong expertise in areas including international development, producer and beatmaker management, and strategic business structuring.

In early 2022, she became involved in the launch of Artistic Palace, a Paris-based creative complex featuring 11 recording studios, a photography studio, and a versatile event space. As a partner and Head of Development, she has played a key role in establishing the venue as a leading destination for artists and music industry professionals.

Mahaut is also committed to advancing gender equality in the music business. A former mentee of MEWEM France, a mentoring program dedicated to women entrepreneurs in music, she now serves on the association’s Board of Directors, actively contributing to its mission of fostering greater representation and opportunity for women across the industry.
