Nick Cronin (Vagrant Real Estate)

Vagrant Real Estate is an Aberdonian hip-hop producer and DJ, backed by the likes of DJ Mag, i-D Magazine, Complex and The Guardian. He has been independently releasing music since 2018 with a range of artists both locally and internationally, and has performed at multiple festivals including SXSW London, Outlook, Boomtown and Cross The Tracks. A co-founder of Aberdeen’s top hip-hop platform HOURS and UK alt-rap supergroup

it'sLeftfield, VRE’s work has racked up millions of streams across all platforms and been played by the likes of BBC Radio 1, 6 and 1Xtra, whilst also landing placements with global businesses including Red Bull, KFC, British Airways, Ministry of Sound and Cheap Monday.
