Melissa MacMaster (902 Hip Hop)

Melissa started her journey in the music industry with the successful launch of 902HipHop, a Halifax-based artist management and music licensing company. Melissa has been instrumental in building the careers of East Coast artists Quake Matthews, Kayo, and producer Matty Galaxy.

In the last three years, Melissa has been a guiding force in the music landscape, working with major distribution companies like UnitedMasters and Trac, contributing significantly to the development of their Sync Departments. She has a keen ear for finding new talent and licensing and clearing music for a number of clients including NBA2K, ESPN, Netflix, Hulu, Instinct and Black & White Music.
