Chyaro Hylton is a Newcastle-based music industry professional working at the intersection of artist development, programme delivery and partnerships. Chyaro is a Programme Coordinator at Generator where he designs and delivers regional and national talent development initiatives. He is also the founder of Dotline Records & Management, supporting emerging artists.

His work across both Generator and Dotline is driven by a commitment to decentralising the music industry and building the ecosystems, relationships and infrastructure that allow talent to thrive on a national and international stage.
