David McKenna is the UK & Ireland consultant for the CNM (Centre National de la Musique), working with French labels, publishers, agencies and managers to develop their artists in the UK and Ireland, dealing with festival partnerships, inviting professionals to events in France and providing market updates. The CNM is a public body set up in 2020 to support the French music industry.
