Eunice Obianagha (UK Music)

Eunice Obianagha is the Head of Diversity at UK Music, leading industry-wide inclusion initiatives. She is also the Founder of ENSPIRE Management, a strategy and operations consultancy specialising in music, culture, community, and entertainment.

Eunice has overseen landmark projects for prestigious organisations, including the MOBO Awards, where she serves as the Show Producer and Director of Events, delivering internationally broadcast productions on BBC, ITV, Viacom, and YouTube. Under ENSPIRE, she has worked with commercial clients like Pinterest, Ted Baker, and Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross, as well as corporate events for NBC Universal. She has also managed music productions in Nigeria, including ITV’s The Voice Nigeria.

Beyond her consultancy and role at UK Music, Eunice is Chairwoman of Small Green Shoots, a Board Member of Liverpool’s Visitor Economy Partnership, a BRIT Awards Voting Academy member, A member of the Power Up Executive Steering Committee and a Music Advisor for the PRS Foundation.

 In 2023, Eunice was appointed as the first Head of Diversity at UK Music. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of diversity initiatives across UK Music and its member trade bodies, representing sectors including the British Phonographic Institute (BPI), Musicians' Union, Featured Artists Coalition, Music Managers Forum, Ivors Academy, PPL, PRS for Music, Music Publishers Association, and Music Producers Guild.
