Ross Paryag (Anonymous Management)

Ross Paryag is a music consultant and artist manager who builds the commercial architecture behind an artist's career, not just the release schedule. He is the founder of Anonymous Media Group, an artist management company, and Collectiv Grey, a music industry education platform.

His consultancy work covers intellectual property strategy, music rights, catalogue acquisition and catalogue valuation, drawing on over a decade across A&R, publishing and management. He has worked with artists including Spragga Benz, Beenie Man, Mowgz and Cynthia Erivo, alongside Grammy-nominated producer Sean Hamilton and Grammy-winning mixer Edward Nixon.

Ross lectures in music industry entrepreneurship and co-authored the Music Business module at the University of Westminster. He has delivered guest lectures and mentorship at City, University of London and Notting Hill Academy of Music, mentors through SXSW London and MOBO Unsung, and has contributed to PRS Foundation initiatives.
