Lauren Louise Powell (iluvlive)

Lauren Louise Powell is the Managing Director of iluvlive, the UK's most enduring platform for Black music for the last two decades. Rooted in South East London and shaped by Jamaican heritage, she has spent over a decade working across major labels, creative agencies, and artist management.

A graduate of Goldsmiths, University of London and the University of Westminster, she is a strategist and cultural advocate; she believes Black music deserves to be championed at every level, and has spent her career proving it.
